Shipping Policy

At Pet Citadels, we take the time to properly prepare each order before it is sent out. Delivery schedules can vary, but the following provides a general expectation for when your order should arrive.

Processing

Orders typically require 3–5 business days to be prepared for shipment.

This period covers the time needed to process the order and get it ready for the carrier. Processing time begins after the order has been successfully placed.

Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery generally takes 10–20 business days.

This puts the estimated overall timeframe at approximately 13–25 business days from the date of purchase.

All timeframes listed above are measured in business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included.

Delivery Delays

The shipping timeframe is an estimate and cannot account for every circumstance that may affect a shipment. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs procedures, and other transportation-related events may occasionally extend the delivery period.

If your shipment appears to be substantially delayed, please contact hello@petcitadels.com with your order number. We will do our best to help determine the status of your shipment.

When Your Order Arrives

Please inspect your package and product as soon as you receive it. If you notice damage to the packaging or product, take clear photographs before discarding any packaging materials.

Photographs of the shipment and product are particularly important when reporting transportation damage.
